Why the Move?
Our new facility is designed to support future growth, improve efficiency, and expand our testing capabilities. It reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality analysis and responsive service.

We understand you may have questions. While some details are still being confirmed, we will continue to provide regular updates in the lead-up to the move. In the meantime, we’ve addressed some initial queries below:

Will there be any disruptions to testing services?
The laboratory will be closed on 24–25 July, and some extended turnaround times (TATs) are likely around this period. Testing will continue through our interstate labs, and we’re planning carefully to minimise delays. Further updates will follow as logistics are finalised.

Do we need to update our logistics for transporting samples to the lab?
No changes for now—please continue sending samples as usual. We will notify you of any changes to delivery arrangements closer to the relocation date.

Will our contacts and account details change?
No. Your usual contacts and account details will remain the same. Only our physical location is changing.
