MPL Laboratories offers an extensive scope of testing to support professionals in the assessment of environmental contamination and remediation. We can provide routine and trace level analysis to meet guideline criteria in soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, soil vapour, air and other sample matrices.
With a long-standing presence in the occupational hygiene sector, MPL Laboratories has been providing important analytical data related to human health in the workplace for over 30 years. We support occupational hygienists and other health professionals to meet their testing requirements for airborne inhalable and respirable dusts and fumes, silica, diesel particulates, metals, asbestos, acid mists, organic vapours, potable water and other testing as required to create and maintain a healthy workplace
MPL has the expertise to assist with the logistics and sample handling to deliver samples to the laboratory from an offshore platform for chemical and microbiological potable water analysis, occupational exposure and biological monitoring via urine analysis.

We are proud to share a further extension to our NATA Accreditation. Effective, Thursday 2 March 2023, MPL laboratories is now accredited to analyse Acrylamide in soils using LC-MSMS, a development that will greatly benefit our clients operating in solid waste management, particularly those involved in mining activities, sewerage treatment, and other industrial processes.
